Start with sauce flow and processing conditions

Testing may include filled-package compatibility, filling trials, seal strength, leaks, spout-weld integrity, cap fit, drop and distribution, thermal-process work where applicable, print durability, and shelf-life evaluation.

Coordinate primary packs and secondary packaging

Sauce sachets, spouted pouches, bottle labels, multipack cartons, foodservice boxes, and corrugated cases should be planned around pack count, orientation, leak risk, required information, retail access, palletization, and launch timing.
